The Last Patient delivers a gripping psychological thriller with unpredictable twists, solid performances—especially from Txomin Vergez—and a well-structured narrative. Despite some character inconsistencies and unexplained plot points, the film manages to maintain intrigue and emotional depth. It's a worthwhile watch for fans of mystery-packed thrillers.
