In this dire situation where Reiji’s life hangs in the balance, a tense atmosphere begins to spread even within the faction supporting Taiga Washio (Haruto Ochiai). Tetsutake Yu (Takashi Kuroishi) grows suspicious of former violent crimes detective Shinichi Akiba (Yasukaze Motomiya) acting alone and locks him up. However, this is part of a scheme by the faction led by Akira Shiba (Kunihiko Ida), who wants to place Seiharu in power and rewrite history.
