A fitting tribute to one of the most iconic buildings in British TV History ..The Wood Lane offices of the BBC, and what better tribute than to have one of the most iconic of British bands ever perform. . Madness, as the building closes its doors to TV after over 53 years. I couldn't think of a more fitting band that represented the all round entertainment value that has been produced from the BBC during its lifetime . . long live the dear old "Beeb" may you be free from the claws of multimedia moguls like the Murdoch's of this world and continue to produce great family entertainment.
