It was the tale of a good cop named Sean who was driven to extremes by some bad drug dealers, his faithful partner Rob always by his side. Now they’re back, and they’re determined to clean up the drug-ridden streets of Philadelphia for good. That is until a hidden habit creates a divide that forces Sean to go deep undercover.
