Pamela Long

Pamela Long rose to fame in the R&B/pop/hip hop group Total when they were signed to Bad Boy Records. She was formerly married to J. Long, or Jamie Long, a Christian hip-hop artist who was part of the R&B/hip hop group Pretty Ricky.
