School boy Shōta Ōhara meets Q-Taro, who hatches from an egg that came from outer space.

Q-Taro tries to fit in the Ōhara family.

Despite Shōta telling Q-Taro to stay home he follows him to school.

Shōta gets bullied by local school bully Tsuyoshi (nicknamed "Godzilla") and his idiot henchmen. Q-Taro helps Shōta out.

Q-Taro has a few pounds too many on him and tries to get in shape.

Shōta tries to get rid of Q-Taro's irrational fear of dogs.

Shōta and Shin'ichi are upset at each other because of stupid reasons. Good thing that Q-Taro is around to help them.

Shōta wants to buy a new toy, but he lacks money. He explains the value of money to Q-Taro and together, they find ways to make money.

Shōta plays some baseball with his classmates, and Q-Taro plays too. When things are beginning to look dire for the school team, Q-Taro uses some tricks to turn the tide.

Q-Taro helps everyone with their errands and overworks himself.

Doronpa, the American Obake, shows up and acts like an all-around douchebag to Q-Taro and his friends.

Doronpa plays tricks on Kaminari, the Ōhara family's neighbour.

Kizao impresses everyone with his amazingly-trained dove. Shōta tries to 1up him by disguising Q-Taro as a dove.

Shōta's looking fancy and Doronpa can turn into humans with great fashion, so Q-Taro naturally wants a piece of that.

Q-Taro spies on people and gets to know their secrets, which he makes public.

Q-Taro thinks he's got extrasensory perception and tries to make things move with his mind.

Doronpa annoys everyone with his antics and then gets all sad when nobody likes him.

Shōta's mom gets visitors, but Q-Taro messes everything up and even brings a stranger into the house.

Q-Taro's very sad because he seemingly has no family. Shōta comes to the resuce and disguises himself as his father, his mother and his (presumbly) brother.

Q-Taro tries to sing, but his singing is horrid. After countless times, he manages to get a gig on TV, but the result is not what he envisioned.
