The one hour special introduces Jon and Kate Gosselin, their twin girls, Cara and Mady and their sextuplets, Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah, and Joel.

The one hour special follows Jon and Kate one year after their first special, Surviving Sextuplets and Twins. The Gosselins have moved into a new house, and Kate prepares to have a post pregnancy tummy tuck.

In this one hour special, Jon and Kate help support Earth Day, by making their house safe to the environment, with help from Planet Green's Renovation Nation host Steve Thomas.

Kate talks with NBC's Today Show correspondent, Natalie Morales about her troubled marriage and divorce, the tabloids and paparazzi, her future and many other topics.
