After Mister Rogers uses the blocks to build a small bridge, he sings You've Got To Do It. Mr. McFeely arrives with a portrait of Mrs. McFeely drawn by Bob Trow and invites Mister Rogers to the Neighborhood art center where Mr. Trow is working on a portrait of Mr. McFeely.
