Officer Ira Patel leaves her husband's birthday celebrations to investigate a gruesome murder. Much to her shock, the modus operandi of the crime is similar to that of the murders committed by Bala Banne, a serial killer long presumed to be dead.

The copycat killer responsible for the old woman's murder gets caught. He claims to be inspired by Bala Banne. Meanwhile, reporter Vikas Sarode is kidnapped and locked up in Ira's husband Sammit’s workshop.

A restaurant owner is brutally murdered in the same manner as Bala Banne's victims. Ira suspects Vikas' involvement in the murder and visits his house for answers at the same time as an unexpected guest.
