Upon relocating to Leeds, Sally discovers the guy she met at a bar the night before is actually one of her new co-workers. Meanwhile, Christine is feeling threatened by the new Chief Operating Officer - Alyson Cartmell - as she doesn’t seem inclined to let drinking and incompetence slide.

Steven faces sexual harassment charges and Max sets out to impress Alyson after he concludes that she, not Roger, holds the real power.

Max is finally made acting head of Marketing and reminds Natasha and Vince that only one of them can be promoted to his assistant. Office rumors are being spread via a blog, but the real identity of the perpetrator is a mystery.

Alyson calls in outside help to deal with Roger’s recent PR gaffs because she is distracted by serious family issues. As Steven and Sally move closer, things get complicated.
