To kick things off, Jeff and Antonia need to assess the culinary carnage, so they ask the recruits to whip up their go-to dinner party dish -- whether it's a hit or a miss. Then, in the main dish challenge, it's sink or swim as they butcher a whole fish and replicate an elegant seafood dish. The recruits who show potential will move on, while the rest sail off into the sunset.

The recruits step into boot camp and the comic book-themed "Flavor City" to battle in a superfood showdown! Then, chefs Jeff Mauro and Antonia Lofaso challenge the teams to flex their culinary muscles by cooking mussels. In the main dish challenge, the recruits tackle the tricky balance of sweet and sour pork, and the bottom two must face off in a blind elimination by creating a sweet and spicy appetizer.

The teams face off in a "Reality Roast" game of culinary challenges inspired by iconic reality TV shows, testing their taste buds, technique and kitchen skills. Then, for the skill drill challenge, chefs Jeff Mauro and Antonia Lofaso teach the recruits to make an all-American breakfast. For the main dish challenge, things get smoking as the teams throw down on the grill with barbecue chicken. The two least successful recruits face a blind elimination challenge to make the ultimate breakfast sandwich.

The recruits put their taste buds to the test in the fairytale-inspired game "Once Upon a Thyme." Then, chefs Jeff Mauro and Antonia Lofaso teach the recruits to craft their own version of a hero sandwich. In the main dish challenge, the teams venture into Mexican cuisine, making flavorful enchiladas. For the bottom two, it's a taco showdown to see who will fold under pressure in the blind elimination.

The recruits enter the "Game of Scones," where they must work together to identify mystery ingredients in three different scones. Then, chefs Jeff Mauro and Antonia Lofaso ask the teams to create their own flavorful scones. In the main dish challenge, the stakes get higher as they prepare a multi-course dinner fit for royalty. Unfortunately, some recruits will be banished from the kitchen as their journey comes to an end.

The recruits compete in an intergalactic scavenger hunt called "May the Course Be with You" as they race to retrieve ingredients for their next dish. The longer they take, the less time they have to cook! Then, chefs Jeff Mauro and Antonia Lofaso invite the teams to dive into the deep with squid ink seafood pasta. The two bottom recruits face a blind elimination challenge, where they must make fresh pasta and sauce to avoid getting lost in space.

For the final showdown, the remaining recruits work together in a "Celebrity Game Night" challenge to win ingredients before they must go head-to-head against their own teammates to earn a spot in the top two! In their last skill drill cook, the final four cook a composed dish to prove their worth. Then, chefs Jeff Mauro and Antonia Lofaso guide the finalists in preparing a three-course restaurant-quality meal. Judges Gino D'Acampo, Judy Joo and Kelsey Barnard Clark will blind-taste the dishes to crown the winner of $25,000 for charity!
