The priests provoke the citizens to punish the Maharaja. Mahadev, in the form of Shambhu, stops them and makes them realise that the Maharaja wants to make amends by taking care of them. The priests get annoyed with Shambhu for protecting the Maharaja and challenge him.

Nahush takes Mahadev's blessings and begins his work as the Devraj of Swarg Lok. However, Indrani opposes Mahadev's decision. She insults Nahush and Ashok Sundari. A furious Nahush vents his anger on Ashok Sundari and Mahadev.

Mahadev consoles Ashok Sundari, telling her that Nahush has become the leader of Swarg Lok because of his abilities. Meanwhile, the priests plot to attack Shambhu and the Maharaja and take over the kingdom. On Shambhu's motivation, the Maharaja and his citizens vow to fight their enemies.

Nahush's arrogance comes in the way of his duties and he misbehaves with the gods. On Brihaspati's advice, Indrani negotiates with Nahush for the sake of Swarg Lok. However, Nahush misbehaves with her, too.

Nahush insults the rishis. Mahadev advises them to fight against injustice. Nahush even plans to ruin Indrani's reputation. Ashok Sundari warns him against doing so, but he does not listen. The Maharaja meets his enemies on the battleground. Shambhu fights with his opponents and defeats them.

The Maharaja succeeds in defeating his enemies with Shambhu's support. Shambhu transforms himself into Mahadev. He cures the Maharaja and his citizens of leprosy. The priests apologise to Mahadev. Will he forgive them?

In Swarg Lok, Nahush insults the rishis by ordering them to carry him on their shoulders. Ashok Sundari and Indrani pray to Mahadev to stop Nahush from committing sins. Rishi Agastya curses Nahush for humiliating him. Who will save Nahush from this curse?

On seeing Indradev's sadhana, Mahadev reappoints him as the Devraj of Swarg Lok. As Ashok Sundari expresses her pain to Parvati, Indrani welcomes Indradev to Kailash. Indradev apologises to the gods and Brihaspati for his offences and promises to work towards their welfare.
