A new toy store called "Chindarake" opens in Kasukabe City. Hearing about the Grand Opening, free toy giveaway, children rush to the store and the turnout is great. But little did they know that the toys discarded by humans were plotting their revenge.

Shinnosuke and children all over Kasukabe love their shiny new toys. Shinnosuke has all but forgotten about his old Action Mask and Kantam Robot action figures. Then one night, the toys set in motion their plan for revenge, called the "World Toyfication Project."

All the toys in Kasukabe City go missing. Shinnosuke and the other children begin to throw temper tantrums, begging their parents to buy new toys for them. But Bo chan walks calmly through the city filled with whining kids, with a rock in one hand and something else in the other...

Obaan dances on a stage and sings, "Toys deserve liberty! Humans deserve revenge!" The toys in the audience cheer her on. Shinnosuke and the other members of the Kasukabe Guard realize that strange things have been happening since Chindarake opened.

To find out how to beat Obaan, the Kasukabe Guard members watch the final episode of the TV series called "Goodbye Obaan" but the DVD has been rented out. The Kasukabe Guard and Middle-aged Mask head to Chindarake to defeat Obaan, although they don't know how just yet. Will they be able to get there without being caught?

At first they think that beating the toys will be easy since they are bigger, but the security system in Chindarake activates and they are separated from each other. Shinnosuke and Middle-aged Mask face Dr. Garigari. What does he intend to do with them?

Shinnosuke and Middle-aged Mask finally make it to Obaan's room, but Action Mask stands in their way. Realizing that Obaan has become more powerful than he remembered and also having to take on Action Mask as well, Middle-aged Mask resorts to a surprising move.

Action Mask comes to his senses and joins forces with Shinnosuke and Middle-aged Mask to fight Obaan. Action Mask battles it out against the powerful supervillain while Middle-aged Mask urges Shinnosuke to try to remember the last episode of "Goodbye Obaan". Will the heroes be able to defeat Obaan?

At long last, the Dada Energy is filled and the toy weapon Way Ward rises. Will the human world all be transformed into toys? What will happen to Shinnosuke, the Kasukabe Guard members, and Kasukabe City?
